We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our established and growing restaurant group. If you love cooking classic New Orleans cuisine, we would love to speak with you.

Chef de Cuisine Benefits:

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2 years as a Sous Chef or Exec Sous in an upscale restaurant environment
• Strong people management skills and the ability to train and mentor line cooks
• Excellent admin abilities in maintaining food and labor costs, scheduling, ordering, and inventories
• Work closely with our Corporate Executive Chef to maintain high food quality standards and an exceptionally clean kitchen and restaurant
• A desire to keep learning and growing in your career while cooking the classics of New Orleans cuisine
